Please read them carefully, as they outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, booking policies, payments, and liability limitations.

      • 1. General Terms

    • Independent Service Provider: We operate as an independent travel agency offering booking services for safaris, accommodations, and transportation to Ranthambore National Park. We are not affiliated with the Forest Department or any government authority.
    • Acceptance of Terms: By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions specified here.

      • 2. Safari Booking Terms

    • Booking Confirmation: Safari bookings require 100% advance payment to secure a confirmed booking. Bookings are non-transferable and must be made in the name of each individual traveler.
    • ID Requirements: All visitors are required to provide valid ID proof for the booking and carry the same ID on the day of the safari.
    • Zone Allocation: Safari zones are allotted based on availability. While we strive to accommodate specific zone preferences, we cannot guarantee the allotment of any specific zone.
    • Permit Issuance: Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. The park reserves the right to close without prior notice due to weather or other unforeseen conditions.

      • 3. Safari Cancellation Policy

    • Monsoon Refund Policy: In case of park closure due to rain, refunds will be processed as follows: 75% refund for Gypsy bookings and 65% refund for Canter bookings.
    • Permit Restrictions: Once a safari permit has been issued, it is non-refundable, and no changes or rescheduling will be permitted.
    • Current/Tatkal Bookings: For last-minute or "current" bookings, confirmation may be provided within 24 hours prior to the safari. If unconfirmed, a full refund will be processed.

      • 4. Tour Package Terms

    • Accommodation Details: Our packages include standard room accommodation. Room upgrades are available on request and may incur additional charges.
    • Check-In and Check-Out Times: Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel policy.
    • Inclusions and Exclusions: Package pricing includes only specified services. Additional charges may apply for government taxes, fuel surcharges, or any increase in safari permit fees.
    • Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary as necessary in case of unforeseen events or for the improvement of the travel experience.

      • 5. Payment Policy

    • Deposit and Balance Payments: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings, with the remaining balance due on arrival or before tour commencement.
    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and direct bank deposit. Full payment in advance may qualify for additional discounts on selected packages.
    • Applicable Taxes: All statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as required by law are the responsibility of the customer.

      • 6. Liability and Limitations

    • Price Adjustments: In case of any price increase in permit fees, guide charges, or taxes by the government, customers are responsible for paying the difference.
    • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations caused by natural events, strikes, road closures, or other situations beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives.
    • Responsibility for Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

    • Non-Refundable Charges: Certain services, including safari fees, permits, and government taxes, are non-refundable once booked.
    • Peak Season and Holiday Cancellations: For peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), additional cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
