Jhalana Leopard Safari Park: The Premier Leopard Reserve of India

Apart from leopards, the park is also a sanctuary for a variety of other wildlife species, including striped hyenas, Indian civets, desert cats, jackals, porcupines, desert foxes, mongoose, monitor lizards, and jungle rats. Herbivores like sambar deer, chital (spotted deer), and Nilgai (blue bull) can also be found here, making it a perfect spot for both carnivore and herbivore sightings. The park’s vibrant ecosystem is complemented by a diverse array of birds, reptiles, and insects, offering visitors a comprehensive wildlife experience.

One of the most unique features of the Jhalana Leopard Safari is the Shikaar Audi, a historic hunting lodge of the royal Jaipur family located in the heart of the reserve.
